Gift vouchers

For a birthday, an anniversary, or for someone who keeps putting themselves last.

A voucher works for the person who says they are fine and clearly is not. The one who has had the same shoulder for two years, or who stopped walking as far as they used to and has not mentioned it.

You can buy a voucher two ways: for a specific service, or for an amount you choose and let them decide. Either works.

Vouchers cover anything we offer: physiotherapy, massage, personal training, online sessions, home visits, and a Physio MOT.


A Physio MOT makes a good voucher:

If you are not sure what to pick, a Physio MOT is usually the right answer. It is a full movement check with a physiotherapist, ninety minutes, with a written report and an online catch-up to go through it.

It suits someone who is not injured and would never book a physiotherapist on their own, but who would happily use a gift. Available at Physique Harmony or as a home visit. Prices are on the price list.

How it works:
1. Tell us the service or the amount, and who it is for.
2. You pay for the voucher and we send it to you.
3. They get in touch when they want to use it, and we register them before the first appointment.
4. At that appointment we agree what to do within the value of the voucher. Treatment is always chosen for the person in front of us, based on their health and how they are on the day.

The rules, in short:
- Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
- Can be used in one visit or spread across several
- Can be used against any service of equal or lower value. If it goes towards something more expensive, the difference is payable at the appointment
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Can be made out to a named person or left to the bearer
- We may decline a treatment where there is a clear medical reason not to do it. In that case the voucher goes towards something suitable instead
