I'm a dedicated physiotherapist with a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, graduating in 2011. My journey in the field has taken me through various rehabilitation centers, where I've had the privilege of assisting individuals with a wide range of needs, from minor injuries to complex health conditions.

As a Chartered Physiotherapist registered in both the United Kingdom (HCPC) and Poland (KIF), I adhere to stringent professional standards. Since 2015, I've been proud to operate my own practice in the UK, providing tailored rehabilitation services to my clients.

In my practice, I prioritize personalized care and evidence-based techniques to address each individual's unique challenges. Whether it's recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or enhancing overall mobility and strength, I'm committed to guiding my clients towards their goals with compassion and expertise.

As a personal trainer I am deeply passionate about health, fitness, and overall well-being. My journey into the realm of physical fitness began around 2010 when I discovered my love for the gym environment. Since then, I've dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of exercise, constantly seeking knowledge and refining my skills.

Certified since 2017 but my commitment to personal fitness extends far beyond mere qualifications. I've been actively engaged in my own fitness journey since my early age, honing my expertise through practical experience and continuous self-improvement. This firsthand understanding allows me to empathize with the challenges and triumphs my clients face on their own fitness paths.

My specialization lies in functional and mobility training, areas that are crucial for enhancing overall quality of life, especially for the elderly. Through tailored programs focused on fall prevention, balance training, and improving functional mobility, I empower my clients to lead more fulfilling lives, where they can move with confidence and independence.

In addition to my focus on physical training, I am also extensively trained in nutrition, holding a Level 4 certification. I believe that proper nutrition is the cornerstone of any successful fitness journey, and I am dedicated to guiding my clients toward healthier eating habits that complement their exercise routines and support their overall goals.

With a holistic approach to health and fitness, I strive to inspire and motivate my clients to reach their full potential, both inside and outside the gym.
