Recovering from an injury or an operation
People usually want to know two things before they book: how long this takes, and what it costs. Here is how it normally runs.

You start with a series of sessions
We use hands-on techniques alongside exercises you work on between visits. How many sessions depends on you: your injury, your operation, how your body responds. We will not pretend to know that number before we have seen you.

Then you carry on by yourself
At some point the sessions stop being the thing that moves you forward, and the exercises take over. When we reach that point, we will say so. You keep going with the plan we have built together.

You come back when it makes sense
Not on a schedule, and not in a package: single sessions, whenever you want to check where you are. We look at what has changed, and either confirm you are on track or adjust the plan.
Session block
5 physiotherapy/massage sessions, at your home £350 now: £300
5 physiotherapy/massage sessions, at Physique Harmony £300 now: £270
Valid for 3 months from purchase. Physiotherapy and massage sessions only. There is no obligation to buy a block: single sessions are always available at the standard rate.
Booking and cancellation policy
We reserve the right to charge a £20 fee for cancellations or rearrangements of appointments. If you're unable to make an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll re-book you in. We run a cancellation list, so if you can't attend and give us notice, we can offer your slot to someone else.
New patients pay for their first physiotherapy assessment in full and in advance, whether it's at Physique Harmony or a home visit, by bank transfer or a payment link we'll send you. If you need to rearrange, that's not a problem, just let us know and we'll rebook you. If you give us less than 24 hours' notice, or don't attend, we'll keep £20 from your payment to cover the appointment slot. The rest is yours: we'll either refund it, or hold it against your rearranged visit, in which case you'll just need to add the £20 back when you come in.
Session blocks
A block of 5 physiotherapy/massage sessions is paid in full at the point of purchase and is valid for 3 months from the date you buy it. Any sessions left after 3 months are no longer available, so please tell us if something has come up and we will do what we can.
Blocks cover physiotherapy/massage sessions only, they cannot be used towards personal training or a Physio MOT. A block belongs to the person who bought it and cannot be passed on to someone else.
You book each session as you go, at whatever pace suits you. There is no schedule to keep to.
Our usual notice rules apply to sessions booked from a block: if you give us less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, that session is counted as used. Let us know as early as you can and we will simply move it.
Because a block is bought at a reduced rate, it is not refundable once the first session has been taken. If you have not used any of it and your circumstances change, get in touch and we will sort something out.
