Service Description
First visit - initial evaluation conducted by a physiotherapist to gather information about a patient's condition and determine an appropriate treatment plan (with first session included).
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge £15 fee for cancellations or rearrangements of appointments. If you're unable to make an appointment please let us know as soon as possible and we will re-book you in. The Clinic does operate cancellation lists so if you are unable to attend it means we can offer your appointment to someone else if given notice. All patients are being charged £15 booking fee. A loss of deposit will only be made if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or failure to attend your appointment. The deposit will be refunded at the last session or in the case of a one-time visit, it will be deducted from the amount for the session.
